With a new year coming, I’m announcing a new direction for Baby Wisp®.
After 15 wonderful years running this company on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and other retail customer marketplaces - I am shutting down direct-to-consumer operations.
A few years ago, I started working on some other side hustles that I am now taking to my full time job. That has left me not much time to run Baby Wisp®. I am excited to start this new chapter of my life. Much like 15 years ago, when I quit my software consulting job to run Baby Wisp® full time because I was obsessed with hair bows and starting my own business…I have a new passion that I am following! (More details to come ;) )

This was not an easy decision to make as my small business has been my baby for 15 years. It’s very hard to let go. I started Baby Wisp® by hand making bows myself and worked hard to turn it into what it is today (an international brand!). However, ultimately the time is right to close Baby Wisp® retail. My children are both highschoolers now and the demands of my time and my interests have also shifted. It’s time to jump into something new.
THIS IS NOT A GOODBYE
Although we will no longer be selling at Baby Wisp® run retail channels online, our wholesale remains strong and Baby Wisp® will still be available to our wholesale customers so they can provide our quality bows to retail customers. Wholesalers, you can find us on Faire (USA) and KidCentral (CANADA) !
If you can’t find us at your nearest mom and pop shop or online kids boutique- just ask them to carry our brand!
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
So what now?? Well, we need to start clearing out as much as we can at the shop since we won’t be shipping out from my home business anymore.
