The hair bows are made of grosgrain ribbon tied in a tuxedo shape using only grosgrain ribbon. Babies over 3 months old and toddlers with fine hair can use this bow as it's sized at only 30 mm in length which is a perfect size bow for infants and toddlers. Bow is attached to our 30 mm stainless steel ribbon wrapped snap clip. Snap clips slide in and "snap" shut like a barrette style. Do not use in damp hair.
