Returning an Online Purchase
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.
You can return items by mail or at our store within 30 days of your order date. We do not cover return shipping costs.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, either online or in stores.

Step 1: Email us about your exchange! firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the exchanged item is received (we do not pay for return shipping), we will send you the new item you want instead and we will ship it back to you (we pay shipping to get it back to you!).
Step 2: We will request authorization for any refund or additional cost required to process the exchange as per your direction. For example, if the product you want to exchange for is more expensive then you will need to pay the difference.

Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
No,so sorry but we are not able to offer price adjustments as limited time sales are all about timing! We run special promotions intermittently and offer specials on specific products which are specials available at that specified time only.
