USA Residents receive FREE REGULAR MAIL SHIPPING* on orders over $35. Purchase does not include taxes and is after discounts.
USA orders will receive a tracking number to their mailbox.
We do not control nor influence the postal service and are bound by their service level once it leaves our facility if you choose regular mail. If this is not acceptable to you. Please email us customerservice @ babywisp.com if you need us to expedite your shipout.
*FREE means that if you spend the minimum specified for your ship to address before taxes, after discounts then you will not pay for regular mail shipping and Baby Wisp Inc will pay on your behalf.
Shipping within USA
We ship from San Diego to 50 states for a flat-rate of $5.99 USD via USPS First Class Mail. This includes tracking and delivery times are between 1-5 business days after the order ships. There is no insurance with this option. If you would like insurance and a faster delivery then select Expedited. Expedited Shipping = $10.99 USD
Shipping Internationally
We are NO LONGER SHIPPING TO CANADA. We had a number of issues with orders that went to Canada and we made the hard decision to stop shipping internationally.
We are no longer shipping to the EU either due to the new VAT rules. :-(
Frequency of Ship Outs
We ship out 3 times a week. Right now, the schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend. You will receive notification via email when your order is shipped. Please email us at customerservice@babywisp.com if you need your order rushed out.
