Baby Wisp All You Need For Fall Pack Giveaway is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”.) By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by BabyWisp and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media site. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.

Eligibility

Baby Wisp All You Need For Fall Pack Giveaway is open to US and Canadian residents who are 18 years or over at the time of entry and who have internet access and a valid email account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period. Baby Wisp has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

 

How to enter

Contest begins September 15th, 2016 and ends October 15th, 2016. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

A winner will be announced once a week.

To enter: 1. Provide your name and email address to subscribe to our newsletter

2. Share with friends on social media. Prize The giveaway is a pack of Babywisp hair accessories with an approximate retail value of $25 CAD (excluding shipping and handling costs). Winners will be responsible for their own shipping and handling costs. Please note that international shipping (outside Canada and the US) does not include tracking and is a flat rate of $12.95 CAD.

Confirmation of Winner Baby Wisp Inc will make reasonable efforts to contact potential winners by email within 10 business days following the contest close date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the time specified above he or she will not win the prize. In this event, the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant, who will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate winner will have the same rights and obligations as the original winner. Winner agrees to allow BabyWisp to announce and post their winning entry on Baby Wisp’s website and all affiliated social media channels of BabyWisp.  Limit one pack per customer.  Opting Out By entering your email and contact details you consent to occasionally receiving special offers, promotions, features and/ product updates from Baby Wisp. If you decide you do not wish to receive these communications, you may opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link or by following the instructions included in the communication.
